Here to post May2012 BTO registered. This is our first time to apply for a house in singapore. We have to submit our application online via HDB website. HDB will conduct a computer ballot to determine the applicants' queue position to book a flat. Guess what we were the lucky fellow and were shortlisted for one of the 4-room flat, being mixture of feeling surpise and excited despite this is our first attempt. There were only 474 units 4 rooms- 252 , 5 rooms- 222 available for selections. And the chances are so slim as the units are a few only and we were so lucky to fall under balloted queue no 115 which was quite front.

We are required to go down and sign all the agreement of lease, at that point of time we were quite busy , keep heading down to HDB HUB. The area we bought is Compassvale broadway , and we choose at level 14. I SUPER LOVE HIGH FLOOR , BECAUSE THERE IS BIG WIND :) The HDB price range based by level , the higher your level the higher the price is. Initally , i wanted to choose punggol which is near to riverwalk but not much amenities and cause inconvenient for me. As you know ,Sengang is a area which belongs to non-mutual state , this is the part consideration if you wanted to travel to town the distance are so far especially jurong. Of couse i love to stay in mutual area if i could but capability of us couldnt afford that area, perhaps in the future can be plan again who knows?

I am excited for the upcoming 4th quater 2016 to collect the keys where the rest of downpayments incurred. To live together with the love ones and get ready for next half battle stage for married, renovation , children , more to adult needs. By then all will be in $$$$$. Well, 2 years more to go and down the road may encounter alot of things you will never know. Humans must have some plans , no plans = no future. If given me a 2nd choice , i could have choose a 5-room flat. But maybe i choose 5-room flat i could not have been balloted or maybe yes.. Fate ? YES/NO??!

I guess nowadays generation , getting a house meaning accepting your partner proposal ?Instead of proposing , they were be asking want to buy HDB?? Haha.. Do you think people still propose nowadays? I wonder will i ?? Only can say YES???

Post 8 years Anniversary Celebration

Oh god, this is the late post for my Anniversary at Bliss house Clark Quay. Got the reviews from magazine and the themes are ultimately sweet. Love the atmosphere but dinning ain't cheap at all. Baby got me a KateSpade sunglasses for the anniversary :) Enjoy the night with fireworks too.

Hangover at Jonathan's condo

Weekends bbq over Jonathan's condo at compass height. Seriously in love with his condo and all the GYM & SWIMMING facilities are extremely bigger than those ECs ones. How i wish i can have a condo like him in the future. We hangover and played card games in the next morning until 6am , those drunk ones already went to sleep. Haha, it was so fun :)
